Millie Jane Wright

 

Millie Jane was a joy to have in our Lumberton, TX studio!  Weighing in at only five pounds and fifteen ounces, this sweet girl was just a living doll.

 

Millie Jane brought her mother, her Nana, and also her big sister, Lennon Grace to her newborn photography session.  Lennon Grace loves her little sister so much already! It was quite apparent how lucky mom is to have such a big helper around the house.  Sisterhood creates a bond like no other.  I love that I was able to capture a gorgeous sibling photograph for the girls to have.  These photographs show Lennon Grace’s initial excitement over her beautiful little sister.  Their bond will continue to grow over the years, but this first glimpse into their relationship will be an image that the two girls (and of course mom) will cherish for the rest of their lives.  Lennon Grace even wanted to take a few photos of her own while little sister was eating!

 

I love how light and airy this session feels.  The soft pinks, white, and touches of lace gave Millie Jane’s newborn portraits a feminine feel.  Connie Perkins Photography thrives on the details of a precious new child.  Notice Millie Jane’s tiny fingers and toes; even the wrinkles on her forehead are a detail worth noting.  I was thrilled when she opened her sweet eyes and gave the camera a little smile.  Who can resist an awake, smiling newborn?  Sweet Millie Jane will only continue to grow, but her portraits will freeze a moment in time for her family to have forever.  We loved having you in our studio, Millie Jane!  We hope to see you back soon!
